Are there any car parts you cannot ship?

You have to ensure that any liquids such as oil or fuel are drained from the parts you want to send. If you want to send an engine or a gearbox, please ensure that they have been properly cleaned and don’t contain any liquids.

The transportation of batteries is also prohibited. We can’t transport any pressurised car items, including airbags. Tyres should be deflated first and they can only be transported after being detached from the alloy.

How does the delivery process work?

If you need storage, we can keep your goods in our facilities until it’s time for them to be shipped out to their final destination. Our warehouse team will then have your car parts picked and loaded into our specialised delivery vehicles. You can track the progress of your shipment all the way through via our online portal.

How can I track my delivery?

You can use our POD system to track your shipment. When you start working with us, you will be given a unique login. You can use that to trace your goods online and you will also have access to a fully downloadable real-time proof of delivery.

Any tips on preparing my car parts for delivery?

Correct packaging is very important for the safe delivery of your items. If you have a large number of car parts, it is recommended to use a pallet to send them as they offer a more secure way of transportation. Make sure you clean the items and drain them or any leftover liquids too.

If you want to use a box for your car item, ensure that you pick a box that’s larger than the item. A recommended additional 10 cm in width is ideal for any shock-absorbing padding.

If the car item has sharp edges, it is advised you use a bubble wrap in multiple layers. Secure both the box and the wrap with packing tape. If the item is small in size, then a smaller box or padded envelope is suitable. Finally, a filler material should be added to the boxes in order to avoid any bumps.

It is recommended you use an absorbent material around the parts that have been drained, to ensure no further leakage occurs. Some of these parts include radiators, engines, gearboxes and differential, fuel tanks and fluid reservoirs.

What destinations do you deliver to?

We can transport your car parts to various destinations, including London, The Channel Islands, Costa Blanca (Spain), the Isle of White and the Isle of Man. We also offer shipment to other destinations upon request.
